This Request for Contractor Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) is an invitation by the Town of Grimsby (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to pre-qualify for eligibility to provide contracting services for the 2026 Sanitary Lateral Replacement Project, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars
