The Town of Grimsby is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to complete the interior painting of the Peach King Centre west ice arena. The work also will include painting structural beams, doors, door frames, and the players' hallway leading to the dressing room area. The objective of this project is to enhance the aesthetic appeal, protection, and longevity of the arena’s interior surfaces.
 

As a separate contingency item, please provide a separate quotation for painting the internal walls of the east arena. This work will be optional and subject to the Town's approval based on budget availability. The contingency work in the east pad will include painting the interior walls, structural beams, doors, and door frames. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the following tasks.
