The successful bidder will make improvements to the Forty Mile Creek and the connected creek banks on Town property. Scope of work consists of, but not limited to:

• Resetting a portion of existing displaced armour stone erosion protection;
• Removal of the existing watercourse erosion protection, gabion baskets, remnant concrete, vegetation and other items obstruction construction;
• Reconstruction works of the watercourse erosion protection including incorporated stepped seating comprised of armour stone;
• Armour stone supplied on this project range in weights from 1 to 6 tonnes;
• Armour stone will have to be placed with a high-degree of skill and accuracy, as the work is expected to occur within the watercourse; and
• Restoration of all staging area and access routes back to existing conditions or better.
